About the job role
The Business Development Executive
(BDE) is the front line of IceWarp and the spear of the Sales team that faces
every day’s battle to identify customer's pain points, business trajectory and
always looking for his champion.
IceWarp's Business Development
Executive will engage, call and identified targets or create its own target
list, will attend networking events with the intention of attracting and
retaining audience and will keep a close eye on clients' feedback and have
positive impact on the customer's business.
Responsibilities
- Drives customer acquisition, lead conversion, and
accurate prospect management
- Responsible to research client business
referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients
with all services offered
- Identifying and researching opportunities that
come up in new and existing markets
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to
potential clients
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive
calls, appointments, and interviews
- Work with clients to create solutions for their
needs and consult throughout the sales process
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Answering potential client questions and
follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
(RFPs) following the presentation and demo
- Negotiating with clients to secure the highest
value
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of
prospect clients; maintaining high quality record in IceWarp’s CRM of
prospective client information
Qualifications
- English language native
- Sales and business development experience in
cloud, SaaS at least 4-5 years of experience
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding
human behaviour
- Ability to identifying pain points and suggesting
suitable products or services
- Superb networking skills
- Written and verbal, communication and
presentation skills
- CRM experienced
